Robert Akeroyd is passionate about creating a society where all people feel that they are welcome and belong. This has led Robert to create picnics where New Australians can meet with Settled Australians in s spirit of community. As the program develops, opportunities to become a resource for building communities and developing leadership among those who have come to Australia seeking freedom has evolved.
